Frames are used to stretch the mesh tightly, ensuring that the ink can pass through the mesh in a controlled manner. The frame holds the mesh taut to prevent any shifting during the printing process.

Mesh is the material that allows ink to pass through onto the surface. The mesh is stretched across the frame and holds the stencil (or screen) design.
