Overview
The Acosgraf Bacprint Auto Developing Machine is an automated screen developing and washout system designed to provide consistent, repeatable development of exposed screen printing frames. Built for professional screen rooms and production environments, the system automates the washout process to help reduce manual labor while improving consistency from screen to screen.
Designed to develop screens produced with capillary film as well as heavy layers of applied emulsion, the Bacprint Auto Developing Machine uses a high-pressure pump and specialized spray nozzles to efficiently open image areas after exposure. Pump pressure is controlled electronically, allowing operators to adjust the pressure according to the stencil, mesh, and application requirements.
A 7-inch color touchscreen provides centralized control of the developing process and allows operators to save up to 10 programs for commonly used screen configurations. Programs can be configured for the number of spray passes, water source, front and rear passes, and pressure applied to the screen, helping shops establish repeatable developing procedures for different stencil types.
Independent front and rear water control provides additional process flexibility, while a clean-water solenoid allows screens to be flushed with fresh water when required. The system also incorporates a solid-particle filter in the water discharge to assist with water treatment and screen-room cleanliness.
For easier inspection during development, the Bacprint Auto Developing Machine includes an integrated light source behind the screen. Sliding door guides simplify loading and unloading of frames, while the stainless-steel construction provides the durability required for demanding screen-room environments.
